At our custom manufacturing facility, we design and build machined parts for several industries. From simple brackets to complex pick & place units for medical applications, TMF specializes in manufacturing a range of custom-machined parts. Alloy steel, aluminum, brass, plastics, and composites are typical materials we work with. Our 7,000 square foot job shop is equipped with 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines to meet your low to medium volume production requirements.

These CNC milling machines enable us to manufacture parts to your custom specifications while maintaining precision tolerances between 0.002" and 0.0005". Our high-speed CNC vertical milling machines and machining centers can handle parts up to 15" in height x 30" in width, and 60'' in length.

In addition to plain and swivel-type fixtures, TMF also utilizes custom-built fixtures to meet special job requirements. Using computer-aided design stations connected to our CNC equipment, we machine parts with complex 3D contours and surfaces directly from solid models. This results in improved milling efficiency. All our custom machining processes conform to RoHS and ANSI standards.
