CNC Turning Services

TMF Incorporated is a provider of extensive machining operations, including CNC turning, for the production of all your custom components. Equipped to handle a variety of turning operations, we can perform cutting, facing, threading, and several other turning processes. We can produce components 30" in length and diameters ranging from 0.125" to 9". The maximum part weight we can handle is 60 lbs.

We offer CNC machining, CAD design, and CAM programming services. Custom fixtures are also manufactured on request. Components are machined from a wide range of materials, including alloy steels, copper, and aluminum. Plastic polymers such as Delrin, PVC, and nylon are also used for machining components.

With lead times ranging from 2 to 6 weeks, we can typically handle prototype to medium volume production runs. Some of the turned components we have produced in the past are handles, engine components, and hydraulic components. We also offer secondary services for the parts we produce, such as anodizing, heat treating, and grinding.
